Housing Issues

This is not only an issue with the justice involved, but a national issue with respects to low-to-moderate income individuals and/or families.  It is the ramifications in basic economics "supply and demand".  When the supply of a item dwindles, then the demand increases.  It is when the demand increases, that the opportunity for cost is taken.  Especially in housing, when the rate of new and affordable dwellings have all but stopped; yet the rate of new families have not.  So now, children and grandchildren are moving in with family, because the cost of rent or purchasing has forced them out of the market.  Then the ol'Choice Voucher (bka Section 8) has a wait period of 10-11 years in some areas.  How is a new family supposed to establish and gain wealth, if they were not born into wealth?
