As the CEO of Women Initiating Success Envisioned, my staff is small but mighty. We work hard to help formerly incarcerated, and incarcerated women understand their felonies does not define who they are. They just made a wrong decision. Fred works with them to help them know that they can be successful, productive members of society. Francisco helps them with banking and saving and I help them with employment which includes: resumes, interview techniques, and dressing for success.  We also focus on education and making sure we can help them get their GED or High School Diploma.
